Alexander is an accomplished coach with nearly 30 years of experience in leadership and product development, starting in the US Army where he learned the value of adaptable teams. His insights from the military shaped his subsequent roles in various executive PMO positions.
As an agile professional, he has significantly influenced organizational coaching, executive training, and agile methodology dissemination. He champions organizational excellence and has led transformational efforts across multiple sectors including IT, finance, healthcare, and more.
Alexander's methods focus on people-centric teams and delivering consistent business value.
Alexander is recognized as one of the earliest Scrum@Scale credentialed trainers and achieved the prestigious title of Scrum Inc. Trainer Fellow in 2020.
He is a certified Agile Kata Pro trainer, and is a Kanban ally Scrum Trainer.
